Emotional wounds are the trace of the painful experiences that we have all experienced in our lives. The key to overcoming them is not to hide them, but to face them and deal with them to heal them in depth.   1. Accept that there is a wound that you want to heal

  2. Give yourself permission to feel everything

  5. Forgive and forgive yourself from the heart
